Then there was a war between my country and another country I had to be a soldier I was always afraid, but I had to be a soldier. One day, I was in the town I had two days holiday, away from the other soldiers, I wasn't with friends; I didn't have any friends, I was very unhappy, and I walked slowly past some shops. An old man stood by the road, there weren't many cars on it but he doesn't walk across the road, I went near him and I saw his eyes, now I know he can't see, he went to go across but he can't go without help, so I help him. He said thank you and his hand felt my coat, he know it's a soldier coat, he gave me a small charm and he said the charm will help me and I'll will be all right, so I wear it. The next day we went to war, I afraid but I remember I wear the charm suddenly I wasn't afraid, until we won the war and I became the leader, but when I realized the charm was not with me anymore I was still not afraid.

They don't know that I wasn't always brave I will tell you the story. I am an important man now. I have an important job, I am a soldier. He's a brave man, he's never afraid, people say about me but they are wrong. I wasn't always a brave man and at times I was afraid, very afraid.
