My First Paragraph

My challenges in writing are actually grammar and vocabulary. Honestly, my writing skills are not good enough, sometimes I am still writing wrong words and make mistakes in arranging grammar in my writing. I am also not confident, like when I am writing captions on Social Media, I am still not sure with my caption, so I need to check it again and sometimes I open my dictionary to make sure that my caption is right. Actually, I can do paraphrasing and use some writing application or website to support my writing, like Microsoft Word, and Google Document, but I think I paraphrase words a lot, and my writing will look so long and not in line with the target that I expected. Some problems that I think are my challenges in writing are determining ideas, sometimes I still confuse, not confident with my ideas and because when I write, I am afraid my grammar is wrong, it makes me unable to determine my idea. 

            My expectations from the writing for the media course is I hope I can improve my writing skills like in paraphrasing, summarizing and determining ideas in writing. Also, I expect from this course I can learn how to write a caption on my social media account or in my blog,  because sometimes I still do not believe in my writing skills. From learning to write for the media, I believe I will get knowledge to write something in the right ways for content in social media or any platform. Hopefully, I can train my writing skills in this course that can make my writing skills better. So, I can be confident in my writing skills, I have knowledge about writing for the media and I can easily make a caption in my social media account, write something on my blog, and another platform that I have.
